  • 2008 is the year of World Mission for the Presbytery of Donegal. Hear and see great things that God is doing TODAY, as Jesus commanded us (John 4:35, NIV): “open your eyes and look at the fields!” Be inspired by how truly “They are ripe for harvest” – around the world and specifically in Africa, Central Asia, North America, and China.

  • First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, NJ is holding an exhibit and speaking series titled Steps into Africa - World Vision Experience: AIDS. The dates are May 30th - June 2nd. It is briefly describes as follows:
    • From May 30 to June 2, we all have an exceptional opportunity to inform and unify our congregations and communities about a global issue that is devastating the lives of children in Africa.  How?  By encouraging friends and youth to “step into Africa” via “World Vision Experience Africa: AIDS,” a multi-media, interactive exhibit.  Exhibit tours take up to 30 minutes as visitors are transported into a sub-Sahara village and the life of a child.

  • The Synod of the Trinity Summer Conference - "Jesus Sent Them ..... Why Are We Here Now?" The Rev. Dr. Patrick Keifert of Church Innovation Institue - June 4, 5, 6, 2008 - Westminster College, New Westminster, PA- $75 includes two nights stay at Westminster College & 7 Meals!!
  • The Mthatha Task Force is holding a Mini-Conference as a kick-off for their Congregational Connection Program. It will take place at Oxford PC, on June 7th, refreshments 10:15 a.m. and the mini-conference 10:30 -12:30. If you think your church MIGHT be interested in putting a face on a mission connection by partnering with a congregation in Mthatha (Umtata), South Africa come and explore the possiblity with us!
